Silver coated gloves are mainly made of silver coated fabric,this sliver coated fabric is the very special material which can prevent the heat from the fire in a short time, but it can’t be used to touch the flame directly for a long time.

Usually we do this kind of silver coated gloves with big size, and the common size is 18x43cm, it will easily protect for our arms to prevent the heat with this long size of glove.
The front side and the back side is same for this silver coated gloves, they are all in silver coated fabric in quilting on both sides, and there is the cotton filling between the front side and the back side as well, and the cotton filling is in 450gsm.

For the silver coated gloves, we also can do one side with silver coated fabric, and the silver coated fabric is usually on the back side for the one side glove.

For one side silver coated glove, the common size is 18x27cm or 18x30cm.

we can do front side in twill or plain fabric in cotton in pigment printing, and the back side is silver coated fabric in quilting, also there is the cotton filling between the front side and the back side. And the common weight for cotton twill fabric is 180gsm and the common weight for cotton plain fabric is about 100gsm, the weight of the cotton filling is 450gsm.

Also, we can use the plain polyester fabric to do the front side, and use the silver coated fabric to do the back side, the silver coated back side is quilting as well. Well, there is the filling between the front side and back side as well, and the filling is in polyester and the weight of the filling is about 400gsm usually.
And the printing on this plain polyester on the front side can be pigment printing or heat transfer printing.

For these silver coated gloves, we usually use it to prevent the heat from the oven or microwave oven, or we can use it to prevent the heat when we have a barbecue.
